Turning Around a Dysfunctional Team

Taking the “Dys” out of Dysfunction

Upstate Women in Technology presents, Turning Around a Dysfunctional Team, on September 26th. Karen Fox, PMP, with NWN Corporation, will give a lively Lunch & Learn presentation about how we’re all likely to be part of a dysfunctional team at some point in our careers. Moreover, a lot of folks aren’t even aware their team is dysfunctional much less how they may be contributing to the dysfunction. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s best seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, we’ll explore what makes a team dysfunctional and ways to take the “Dys” out of Dysfunction for a more harmonious and productive team. You will also have the opportunity to evaluate your team using the questionnaire developed by the author.

UWIT meets at City Range Restaurant from 11:30 – 1:00. Lunch starts at 12:00 and costs $20, payable through PayPal in advance.  Please visit www.uwitsc.com for information.
