She will also outline and demonstrate tactics and practices you can start using immediately to reduces stress and increase productivity in the workplace and all areas of your life. Deborah’s Bio: Deborah Edwards, the founder of Grateful OM, is a Professional Mindfulness Coach and Consultant. She has over thirty-five years of Marketing and Management experience in Fortune 500 Corporations. She has studied mindfulness for most of her life and most recently attained certification as an instructor at the Chopra Center. It was her experience in the corporate word that led her to study mindfulness. At the October meeting she is going to share with us some simple practices you can implement immediately to reduce your level of stress and increase your productivity and effectiveness in all areas of your life.
