The Advantage: A Fun Look At Inspiring Leadership

What is the key to Inspiring Leadership?  It’s not only about how well you cheer or how powerful a speech you can give at your annual meeting.  It’s also about Organizational Health.  A closely connected leadership team that provides clarity to your organization will keep morale high and turnover low.  Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Advantage, is a wonderful starting point for tips to begin building a powerful organization, even if you are a one person team.

Participants begin this fun and interactive workshop with an introduction to concepts from, The Advantage, from a unique and fun perspective.  Attendees will then participate in a number of engaging activities and watch several short entertaining videos to emphasize those keys.

Value To Attendees:  Participants will:

  • Identify the four main keys to Organizational Health
  • Formulate strategies to improve their Organizational Health
  • Take away inspiring thoughts to contemplate personally or with their teams
